When my husband Norman was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), I found myself searching for ways to manage the emotional and mental toll it took on both of us. In the midst of the stress and uncertainty, I discovered floatation therapy - a space where I could truly disconnect from the weight of day-to-day life and find a moment of peace.

Floating became more than just a break; it was a form of respite, a sanctuary where I could reset my mind and body. The sensation of weightlessness, the quiet stillness, and the deep relaxation it provided allowed me to process emotions, reduce stress, and regain a sense of balance. It was through this experience that I realized the profound benefits of floatation therapy—not just for myself, but for anyone seeking relief from physical, mental, and emotional strain.
