Who Should Not Float Without Medical Advice

Floatation therapy may not be suitable if you have, or have recently experienced: - Epilepsy or seizure disorders - Serious heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure - Infectious diseases or contagious skin conditions - Open wounds, recent surgery, or unhealed piercings - Severe kidney conditions - Incontinence - Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

If you are pregnant, have diabetes, experience panic attacks, or have any other medical concerns, we recommend speaking with your GP before booking.

During Your Session

  • You are free to end your session at any time.
  • Emergency buttons and clear instructions are provided in every pod.
  • Our team is always nearby should you need assistance
